Your Private Collection Instead of starting from scratch with every order, we build a private collection just for you. Once your image is on file, we create a dedicated product entry. When you’re ready to restock or fulfill a client order, simply log in, select the item from your collection, and checkout.

Pricing and Sizes for the $15 price you get to specify up to 5 different sizes. Additional sizes (6-10) are charged at $1 per additional size. Please enter the sizes in the format of:

[HORIZONTAL SIZE IN INCHES]x[VERTICAL SIZE IN INCHES]

Technical Requirements:

Standard & Existing Sizes: Free setup for all standard sizes or custom dimensions previously used in your account.

New Custom Dimensions: If you require a new custom size not currently in your account, a $10 setup fee per size will be billed via invoice. This invoice will need to be settled prior to product creation.

Maximum Sizes: Please note that the maximum size for each material are:

36x96 for Smooth Fine Art Paper (35.5 image max)
42x96 for Textured Fine Art Paper (41.5 image max)

Returns Policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If for some reason, it is damaged, send us clear pictures of the damaged giclee and the box and we will either send you a replacement or give you a credit or refund.
Please contact us in the first 48h of the reception of your order. After 48h, we will consider the order to be satisfactory.

Shipping Policy

We ship all our packages via UPS and Canada Post.

Shipping to USA: All packages will ship with a tracking number except proofs and sample packs which are sent via regular mail.
You’ll receive the tracking number when your order will ship.
Shipping time for orders is about 1-7 business days.
Shipping time for proofs and sample packs can take up to 2 weeks.
Please note that we don’t ship stretched canvas over 16x20 express, only ground.
Ground shipping is a flat rate according to your cart subtotal.
Express shipping is calculated according to your order.
You can select the option you want among those proposed when placing your order.
